In Kinder Yoga, children learn to concentrate and become more aware of their body in space. Yoga can help kids deal with distractions, ease stress, understand themselves, feel confident, healthy, strong & relaxed. Kids learn basic yoga poses that enhance balance & coordination, and develop concentration, body & breath awareness. Each week we practice a variety of poses that strengthen and tone their growing bodies. Each pose is woven into a story, and set to children’s music.
