Teen Yoga & Meditation Course
10 week course for young people starts 23rd January 2020.
Every Thursday at FLOW STUDIO from 4:30-5:30pm
Students will learn the basics of yoga and meditation. Each class includes short meditation and breathing exercises, a flowing yoga practice and a guided relaxation.
Join me, a trained educator and yoga teacher on a 10 week journey into yoga for young people.
My gentle and caring approach will allow participants to learn, relax and grow.
Expect to improve feelings of health, clarity of mind. Designed to develop flexibility, balance & strength. Expect to gain self confidence.
