I have designed this beginner yoga course for anyone who wants to start or nurture their yoga practice.
This is suitable for any age, body and fitness level.
We will learn the essential yoga poses, and the foundations of the flow that I teach at Flow Studio including Standing, balancing, strengthening, forward folds, twists, back bending and core strengthening yoga poses.
You will also learn meditation and breath work technique.
